State of Messaging 2019

In its end-of-year report, Smooch provided insights and covered major events that shaped the last 12 months in the conversational and customer experience industry. These end-of-year wrap-ups are always a strategic opportunity to tell the company story and expertise and reinforce brand equity among our current and future customers. From the initial wireframes to art direction, infographics and social media assets, I created a one-pager experience that could expand on social media and help position Smooch as a trustworthy and innovative player in the messaging industry.
