CX Trends 2023 • Interactive report
Every year, Zendesk produces CX Trends, a forceful interactive report highlighting in-house research on customer experience. Through five themes and three different experiences, this format delivers key trends and insights to unlock business growth — but also advice specific to company types, sizes and regions, tailored to the reader.
As a high business impact project with voluminous content and technical considerations, my first challenge was to conceive a smooth user flow between the 3 different interactive sections, informed by our former CX trends editions.
I then focused on fleshing out UI design concepts, prototypes in order to offer an exciting and digestible reading experience, infused with CX Trends' fresh and engaging visual identity designed by Kimberley Mar. Lastly, as another project needed my attention, I needed to step back from my Lead Designer role, and Silvana Yaneva, Reece Wykes and Maria Almeida really brought this digital experience to life and to another level.
