How to Zendesk playbook

In the context of a fast-paced growing company, we initiated an employee playbook to bring knowledge around company history, values, teams and industry to every Zendesk employees. I participated in the editorial art direction, crafted the template and created some of the illustrations. This project got eventually postponed but received a lot of love and time from the Creative team.
